Please tell me how i will upgrade firmware,ios and how i will get patch file

Hi Murari,

Please login to the Cisco software download page and select the product and firmware you would like to upgrade to and then download the same from the site. Once you are download upload it to the Switch/router via tftp or usb. 

then change the boot varaiable to the new one and reload the switch.
