Please suggest me a Layer3 Switch 3500 or 3750 Series that supports assigning IP address on all interfaces.

Hi Siva ,

3550 EMI switch has both L2 and L3 capabilities.

If you want L3 capability switch you can go for 3550 EMI Switch.3750 switches are L3 switches.

3550's are end of life and no longer sold by cisco , 3560's or 3750's are the current offerings.
