Hello All,
Please find the attached video in which port number 1 & 2 continuously getting green and Amber. Is it a L2 Cabling issue or any other reason???

It is Cisco 2960-24-TCL, not having access to console or SSH/Telnet so unable to check logs .
So by looking your post Switchport is having issue with Point No. 4, "Link fault. Error frames can affect connectivity, and errors such as excessive collisions, cyclic redundancy check (CRC) errors, and alignment and jabber errors are monitored for a link-fault indication."
