Is it possible to configure/specify a latency value for a specific switcport on a 3750?
Thank you

No. Just curious, what are you attempting to accomplish with this ?

Thank you for the response. Basically I am trying to mimic a 2MB "slow" connection between 2 locations. I've limited the bandwidth on the port and that's working properly. I didn't think this was possible and thank you for confirming.

Don't know a way to do that on the switch. However, there are line impairment devices that will allow you to emulate latencies and/or lost packets. Believe you can create such a device using a PC with two NICs and (free) software.

No, but you can give certain traffic priority with QoS, which can help improve latency issues with important traffic.
