Can somebody tell me is it a hardware issue or software issue. I couldnt find any bug related to 4500 platform . But I found a similiar bug in C10720: Invalid RPR switchover description. On a single RP router reload reason is being shown as "RPR
switchover"
Note: This can affect multiple platforms, not just c10720. This includes
7200, 12000, 7500..
