TDR cable-diagnostic status is Open.

I am experiencing network difficulties.

Therefore, I am curious if the TDR cable diagnosis status is normal.

The connected device is ATA.

Some ATAs operate at 10M half-duplex.

Who can help me?

The output is from a Catalyst 4k/6k? 

NOTE: 

1. ATA only support two pairs. 
2. Catalyst 4k/6k have different "interpretation" of the TDR result.  "Terminated" is "OK".  "Open" or "Short" are bad output you want to avoid. 

Gi 7/36:  If this is an ATA, it is GOOD.  

Gi 7/36:  First fair is faulty (Open).  Fault is about 5 metres away from the switch. 

Gi 7/38:  WTF is that output!

Gi 7/41:  WTF is that output!
