I executed "tdr cable-diag interface gi1/0/2" on my 3850 switch.
Output is as mentioned below. Access point is connected to that port and it's negotiating 100M with switchport.
Other AP negotiating 1g with switch. Does this output mean pair D is faulty ?

Yes that means pin is not connected properly. You need to crimp cable again.
