Not sure what is this device ?

HSRP or VRRP, it only use one active gateway to send traffic, it will not Loadbalance, One will be Active another one be Slave, wait for the Active to Fail to take over the Role of Active.

#show standby - hsrp give you information
#show vrrp  -

Hello @haedongchan ,

HSRP and VRRP are First Hop Redundancy protocols that are used on SVI of user facing VLANs / IP subnets.

In the backbone one or more routing protocol is in use.

So the answer for the backbone depends on what  routing protocols are in use.

However, to check if load balancing is occurring for a destination prefix is enough to use

show ip route <prefix>

if the output shows multiple paths and multiple next-hops load balancing is happening for the prefix

note: you may be using HSRP or VRRP with static routes at border devices connecting to firewalls or to devices not under your administration. But this is no part of your backbone it can be your internet edge network block.

Hope to help

Giuseppe
