hello everyone , what is the different between protocol and standard ? sometimes i see some protocols used as standards .

Difference depends on what is meant by standard and protocol. Do you know what is RFC, IEEE etc?
Maybe im wrong, but standard - its more from from theory, but protocol - is more from practice...

Basically explained what I think is what you mean:
Kind of, everyone could develop a protocol for some kind of communication between two or more devices.
A standart would mean that it is publically accepted and documented that something that is called like this protocol has to look the exact way like it is documented at some public accessible entity (i.e. IEEE or IETF).
Does that kind of answer your question.
