I found problem about "Total output drops" in interface. I aleady check bandwidth it use in 70Mbps and out 340Mbps. Capacity's port Gigabit.
Please advice me how to solve this problem.

Can you show the whole inferface readout -also
sh int xx stats
sh int xx switching ( hidden command)
sh ip int xx
after that can you clear the counters on this interface-
clear counters xxx

Your default egress queue, if 40, might be too small (leading to premature bust drop). Try increasing egress queue's size, you might try 512.
