traceout command

hi..simple question,

how to apply traceout command ....on the pc or router??

what is the command

Hi,

On router

T-1#traceroute 10.0.3.3

On Pc

tracert 10.0.3.3

Hi,

The Linux traceroute command is similar to       the Cisco router implementation. However, it uses a fixed source port. The       -n option in the       traceroute command is used to avoid a request to a       name server.

where as in PC like windows tracert command is used followed by ip address.
