I have two Catalyst 2960 switches that are part of an inherited network and I am trying to get them connected to Cisco Network Assistant so I can easily backup the config before changing some settings on one of the ports. Both switches are model WS-C2960-48PST-S running IOS 12.2. I've enabled the http server using "ip http server" and also ran "ip http authentication local". I can ping the switch from the server i'm running CNA on, but when I try to connect I get the error "Unable to connect". I'm using CNA version 5.5

Hello,
I think you need CNA 6.3 to support these devices:

When I run "show version" it tells me I have "Version 12.2(50)SE3, REL" next to Cisco IOS Software. Do I need to upgrade to 12.2.55-SE12?

Give that a try, it is the recommended release to work with CNA...
