Trunk and Access to a server carrying the same vlan

I have a technical question. Which I tried to search alot for an answer but I didn't find anything online.

I have 2 interfaces on a core switch belongs to the same native vlan 1 and connected to one of the servers.  The issue is one interface is trunked with allowed vlan 900 and the other is with switchport mode access vlan 900. Both interfaces are in up/up state and vlan 900 is a mgmt vlan, bpduguard is configured.

Can this type of configuration cause any issue?
