even ping the switches.

before get in to SSH connection, Looks like Switch do not have routing entry (like Default gateway or ip route)

Until you are connected to same switch using same IP Address range of 192.168.3.X

what is the device IP address you trying to connect ?

the source ip is part of the network 92.168.3.129/24

if the source IP is 192.168.3.129 part of the network, it should ping 192.168.3.205  - that is basic requirement before you start ssh to device.

can you post below output from switch (complete )

show run

show ip interface brief

show vlan

Also, please let us know what's the management VLAN you're using in the access switches

It looks like you don't have any default gateway configured, before going to SSH check sh IP int brief and see what IP the device is getting, and ping to that and see is it self reachable, and then try to ping to gateway

Please post

SH IP int br

sh cdp nei

sh run
