Hello
I am a newbie in network, I just want to ask help regarding the issue where I can't log in to our IE-4000-8GT8GP4G-E.
Also the "power supply vee under voltage and lockout" is keeps on showing and I think because of that error message that's why we can't log in.
What can I do with this?

May be worth connecting console cable and check - is the device booted as expected.
Look at the installation guide :

@marce1000 and @balaji.bandi already gave you te information, but a little brief
power down the device and power on again
the collect the log from power-on until the repeated message repeats itself
most likely the power supply used is faulty
because of this the IE400 never fully boots up, so you never get to a login prompt
so above log is all you can collect
if possible exchange the power supply and test again

- Start by providing correct power to the device ,
