Hello Experts,
Can someone please take a look at my configurations and let me know why I'm not able to ping 200.1.1.2 from ALSW-9 and I'm not able to ping 100.1.1.2 from ALSW-10.?
This is despite that the etherchannels are up and running,
Group Port-channel Protocol Ports
------+-------------+-----
1 Po1(RU) LACP Et0/0(P) Et0/1(P)
Also routing to the ip addresses is in both tables for DLSW-4 and DLSW-5
200.1.1.0/30 is subnetted, 1 subnets
D 200.1.1.0 [90/130816] via 172.16.1.2, 01:24:55, Port-channel1
DLSW-4#
100.0.0.0/30 is subnetted, 1 subnets
D 100.1.1.0 [90/130816] via 172.16.1.1, 01:25:49, Port-channel1
DLSW-5#
And there full eigrp neighbor relationship between DLSW-4 and DLSW-5
DLSW-4#show ip eigrp neighbors
EIGRP-IPv4 Neighbors for AS(100)
H Address Interface Hold Uptime SRTT RTO Q Seq
(sec) (ms) Cnt Num
0 172.16.1.2 Po1 11 00:06:18 4 100 0 5
DLSW-5#show ip eigrp neighbors
EIGRP-IPv4 Neighbors for AS(100)
H Address Interface Hold Uptime SRTT RTO Q Seq
(sec) (ms) Cnt Num
0 172.16.1.1 Po1 12 00:06:59 1 100 0 5
I have attached the configuration and topology
You're help will be much appreciated.
Cheers
Carlton

If you type "show interface vlan 100" or "show interface vlan 200" on the respective dlsw switches, do those interfaces show up or down?

James
thanks for respinding.
The he interfaces are up
i guess the question is can you see any reason why it shouldn't work?

Have you tried to "redistribution" of route in eigrp..

Rajeev
i shouldn't really need to do any redistribution in such a simple set up
cheers.

Hi,
Just so you know I can ping 200.1.1.2 from vlan200 but I can't ping the address from the port-channel ip address 172.16.1.2
