We are deploy a upgrade and we have a doubt

We copy the new ios software to the sup and slavesup. After the reset on the slavesup, it is coming up, we can see the boot process, but the console access stops unexpectedly.

In the Active Sup we can see all status as normal. All working fine. we can´t see the cursor and we can´t the "console inactive messages".

is it a normal behavior in this point of the upgrade process ?

Have you enabled standby console enable command under the main cpu? If not, enable it and do copy run start and try again.

Thanks,

Richard
