Hi @thuy.hoang
Before doing the upgrade, always start with reading the release notes for the target image and upgrade guides:
Few notes you should be aware of:
+ start the upgrade with the vPC operational secondary
+ since you have a Nexus 3500 you will most likely need to use the compact option while copying the file to bootflash:
switch# copy scp://user@server-ip/image-path/ bootflash: compact vrf management
+ Since in this 9.x version there is no kickstart image, the command for upgrade is:
switch# install all nxos bootflash:nxos.9.3.1.bin
+ read the release notes and upgrade guides. yes, I repeat myself :-) trust me, it will save you from unexpected problems.
Stay safe,

read the release notes and understand the caveats, check is this effect your environment :
1) Save configuration before starting.
2) Check there is enough space on devices
3) Copy over firmware to the bootflash, both kickstart firmware and system files.
copy to disk copy ftp://x.x.x.x/x.x.bin bootflash:
copy to disk copy ftp://x.x.x.x/x.x.bin bootflash:
4) install all kickstart x.x.bin system yy.1.bin
5) Once the secondary responds to pings again, logon and check that the secondary 3K has come back up with the right firmware
Checking that vPC (protocol used for the network resilience), is up correctly by doing a show vPC, before upgrading the primary.
show vPC
6) Repeat process for Primary device
