Upgrade PIX 6.3.3 to 7.0.7

All, I am in the process of planning my upgrade from 6.3(3) to 7.0(7). Are there any gotchyas I need to look into?

Do I need to upgrade PIX clients? My current version is 4.0.1

Do I need to upgrade the ASDM if I upgrade to 7.0(7)?
