upgrading Cisco IOS

Can someone point me in the direction of the commands or the documentation that i would use to upgrade the IOS on a 3750-E

that i have through TFTP.

Would you happen to know just the basic commands for upgrading a switch or router through TFTP

Depends on whether you want to copy the whole tar directory or just the .bin file but the link provided by Podhillo has all the instructions in there, step by step.
