URGENT 3550 help needed

I've been doing SP CCIE labs daily without any HW issues. Today when the temp hit 90degrees I started having HW related problems with one of my 3550 switches.

I'm running a fan in the rear of the rack and the "sh env all" states everything is in the green.

But after an hour or so, I start getting massive interface flaps on SW2.

After a reload I get the following:

Ethernet-controller 1 has 12 Fast Ethernet/IEEE 802.3 interfaces

FastEthernet0/1 failed POST

FastEthernet0/2 failed POST

FastEthernet0/3 failed POST

FastEthernet0/4 failed POST

FastEthernet0/5 failed POST

FastEthernet0/6 failed POST

FastEthernet0/7 failed POST

FastEthernet0/8 failed POST

FastEthernet0/9 failed POST

FastEthernet0/10 failed POST

FastEthernet0/11 failed POST

FastEthernet0/12 failed POST

Ethernet-controller 2 has 12 Fast Ethernet/IEEE 802.3 interfaces

FastEthernet0/17 failed POST

FastEthernet0/18 failed POST

FastEthernet0/19 failed POST

FastEthernet0/20 failed POST

FastEthernet0/21 failed POST

FastEthernet0/22 failed POST

FastEthernet0/23 failed POST

FastEthernet0/24 failed POST

FastEthernet0/13 failed POST

FastEthernet0/14 failed POST

FastEthernet0/15 failed POST

FastEthernet0/16 failed POST

I wait a couple hours and start over and the SW2 post completes without issue, but after awhile the same problem starts up again.

Is my switch dying?????

Or is it the Heat????

Unfortunately I don't think there is a fix aside from RMA. Are there any other log messages that might have anymore insight as to why the the ports failed POST?
