Hi there,
I am trying to update a Catalyst 3850+ to the latest software.
Trying to do this via USB.
The issue I am having is accessing the files on the USB.
I have tried multiple USB from 1GB to 256GB, from FAT to exFat to NFTS, but always get some issues like, not seeing the USB, or the switch seeing/loading it but when looking at files it says not possible to access device or no files available...
Is there any particular USB that needs to be used in size and format? anyways in particular the new software file need to be saved in there or extensions etc?
Also once I will be able to access the file, how to load it and get the full switch totally resetted (removing any previous config etc)?
Thanks so much for clarifications!

Hello @pdenableetoavit19698,
use any standard USB memory stick, but filesystem format must be FAT.
