use VLAN at HQ for DR site

In our HQ we have all VLAN configurad and it working
But at DR site office , how can i make the port as Access but to tag the vlan from HQ site ?

It depends.

What is your link between HQ and DC like?  Is it a trunk ? I.e. layer 2 link, or is it a routed link?

If its a layer 2 link, you can stretch VLANs across the two locations,

it is a routed link , through our WAN MPLS link.
