I have a catalyst 2960 series, ws-c2960-48tt-l with a bad image. I upload an image from the cisco website c2960-lanbasek9-mz.122-55.SE11.bin. When boot require user and password. Can't login

Hello,

there is no default username/password. You could try admin/cisco, but that probably won't work.

Try and reset the switch to factory defaults by pressing and holding the Mode button. The switch LEDs begin blinking after about 3 seconds. Continue holding down the Mode button. The LEDs stop blinking after 7 more seconds, and the switch reboots.

Make sure you are connected through the console port.
