Hello
I have an issue with something on the network causing poor performance.
Im using Cisco CNA port statistics to try and discover what on the network could be causing the issue
However im new to networking and dont really know what to look for
Would High number of collisons be causing the issue ?
Or a high number of packets with errors ?
Or perhaps a high Tx Rate
Ive attached a the port stats in a CSV file
Any advice or direction would be most welcome
thank you

Hi Eddie,
Looking at the spreadsheet, the overall numbers are not bad. There are some specific ports in "packet with error" section, but these are just a few (fa0/24 and fa0/35). There are also some ports with high collisions. Try clearing the statistic on these interfaces and see if the performance changes.
