Hello everybody
I have a problem for stack switches that can't connect, the problem is v-mismatch
noted that the ios version is the same, but my question is:
the system boot version is different, is that the problem cause? and how to solve
also, the H/W version is a mismatch, and how we can solve it?

All stack members must either be in Install or Bundle Mode. It cannot be both.
Install Mode is the recommended method.

"Hardware version" has nothing to do with "v-mismatch".
Post the complete output to the following command:
sh platform

Please provide the output to the command "sh platform" from BOTH switches?

Thanks for the output.
NOTE: HW version has NOTHING TO DO with the issue. This is a software-related issue -- and I am going to focus on that.
Can I see the complete output to the "sh version" command from both units.
I suspect one is on Install Mode and the other is Bundle Mode.

- You may try to enable software auto-upgrade enable in the config (save it) and reboot , check if this helps.
More info :
(and look for /find auto-upgrade)
