Video conference traffice impacting other traffic

Hi Team,

Clients are doing Video conferencing over WAN link (Datacenter to Remote stie).  Bandwidth of the link is 2MB(one E1link)

Video conferencing using 786Kb ,it is confirmed by VC team.

QOS is in place but still other traffic get impacted link Exchange,internet due to Video conference.

Any suggestion would greatly be appreciated..

adding some more info ...

Rate-limit is applied on wan interface (30% of WAN link will be used at the most)...

rate-limit input access-group 102 592000 111600 223200 conform-action transmit exceed-action drop

in ALC 102 ( we are controlling SEP update traffic )

We wanted to rate-limit 50% for Video traffic ...but only one ACL is applied in one direction..please advice.
