Is it possible to create a virtual port channel between two Nexus 7000 switches and 2 3750 switches in a stack?
I would have 1 link from Nexus 7000 switch 1 to switch 1 in 3750 stack.
Link two from Nexus 700 switch2 to switch 2 in 3750 stack.
Many Thanks
Darren

Hi Darren,
Yes, since you are connecting your 7000 to 2 different 3750s to create an EtherChannel, it is called Multichassis EtherChannel (MEC). The only limitation is that you have to use LACP, because PAGP is not supported in MEC yet.

Thanks. I presume if I wanted to do the same with two 6500 switches we would need to upgrade to VSS?

Correct, VSS converts 2 physical boxes into one logical device.
Here is more info on VSS:
