Virtual switches like 2960 or 3750 etc

Hello for everybody.

Can someone tell, are there virtual switches like 2960 or 3750 for installation in vmware esxi (like csr1000v router)? Once worked with virtual nexus 1000v, but for current purposes it is redundant.

Need l2 switch for test purposes.

not exactly; There are couple "general purpose" switch images L2/l3; One taken from CML (or VIRL) called IOSv L2/L3 with IOS 15.2.  this IOSv-l2 has several bugs and limitations but has been used in GNS3 and Eve. 

IOL images are similar but better (less RAM, less bugs, more features) but those are meant to be for Cisco employees only.  Those IOL/IOU are used in CCIE lab environment which is virtual gear (or mostly).  You can use this one also in GNS3 and Eve if yo u can get hands on one. 

In virtual world, there are no images for specific model of device like c2960, c3750, or 2901, 3800.

Yes, i know about IOL, EVE and GNS3. But for current action i need appliance for vmware.
