we need to setup 6 vlans in our network?
we are using 5 switches ,3 from c2960 and other HP 25xx series ?
is it possible to do VLAN with different vendor?
can i access from a system on HP switch from a system connected to cisco switch under the same vlan and different vlan?

Yes you can create and acccess VLAN accross two different vendor switches.
Just make sure that you are configuring the vlan and trunks correctly.
For different VLAN access you need a L3 device, similer to router-on-stick type setup as you have L2- switches both Cisco and HP.
