They signify the isloated routing table of that device , maybe the mgmt routing table for that specific device that users seperate for security reasons or if PE providor edge device maybe multiple customers in an ISP envirnoment as many would have the same private address scheme or just for security reasons to isolate trafiic from each other as you wouldnt want customers subnets mixing together
the output without being blunt isin the details basically the routes you see iderntify what they are what they mean and what they do may give u a better picture of why there isolated but VRFs are generally so routing tables dont mix
