VSS implementation

We are having 12.2(33)-SXH2a on our cisco 6500 chassis and we are trying to implement VSS. We want to use layer-3 dual active detection using BFD but the command to exclude the BFD interface from shutting down during the dual active detection is not accepting and it is giving an error message saying " Cannot configure exclution on dual active interfaces ". So can anyone help me out with this ?

This command will not support for the layer-3 dual active detection.

Can any one Help me out with the Service Modules VSS is going to support in the later releases like 12.2(33)-SXI .If there is a link where i can check, would be much more helpful.
