VSS interfaces on 4500x

How would I be able to determine which switch a physical interface is tied to from the CLI?  In other words, I'm sitting at the prompt on the active 4500x and need to setup one port on one of the switches. How do I know which switch hosts the interface on 1/1/1?  

If I'm sitting next to the 4500x, I can see the  MAC address of the switch on a factory label, but of course I won't always be next to it, and show module displays both switches as module 1.  And sh switch virtual doesn't give me much to go on either.

Example:-

starting letter "1/2" indicates the VSS 1 primary and 2 is secondary.

VSS 1st device uses 1/1/2 and for module 4 example : 1/4/1-- 1 is the active, 4/1 is the interface of module 4.

VSS 2nd device starts with letter 2. ( 2/1/1-- secondary chasis module 1 port 1).

that helps Inayath.   I can run a sh virtual switch role and see the switch ID (1 or 2) of the active sup, and the run a sh module that displays the MAC address of the active sup and have the local contact look at the mac address on the switch's label to determine which switch to connect an uplink.
