What does this line mean?

VTP LOG RUNTIME: Incoming packet version rcvd on unknown trunk id 0x172FAD0

And also what does the below line mean:

VTP LOG RUNTIME: Relaying packet received on trunk Fa0/2 - in TRANSPARENT MODE (nc = false)

This is seen on a Transparent Switch, so i understood that it is just relaying that to other trunks. But what is this (nc=false)

Can you post the port config for the switch that you received this log on? Is it happening everywhere or just some switches? Post "sh int trunk" and "sh int switchport".
