Vtp Particular Vlan Replication

Team,

I am about to install a setup with VTP Server and Client Architecture. There will be 1 core switch(VTP SERVER) and multiple access switch(VTP CLIENTS). 

There are 20 Vlan configured in core switch but in access switch only 5 is to be replicated through trunk port. 

Can anyone suggest me, any possibility to replicate specific Vlan from Vtp server to clients.

if you configured correctly all the VLAN should replicate automatically to clients, make sure you use always VTP version 2 and above where possible 

So server should VTP server version 2, the client should VTP client version 2, make sure they configured right domain, use authentication also to protect the device, make sure none become VTP as servier in the rogue network.

Can you post the below information :

what are these devices, switch model, and IOS running to familiarise with your setup

can you post a configuration example 

show vtp status both server and client switch to look what is wrong.

I dont want all the Vlan to replicate from server to clients, just only want some specific Vlan to replicate from server to clients.

This information confustion, 

original post you mentioned you have an issue with Server client VLAN replication.

you provided the device information, what about the IOS code running on it, and relevant information we requested before.

VTP Server and Client - to replicate all the VLAN from Server to the client to minimize the management overhead to create all the VLAN across switches.

if this is not the requirement, make VTP Transparent and create your own VLAN respected switches?

To my knowledge, with VTP, it's all or nothing, as far as what VLANs exist in the VTP database.

Unless you're using VTP pruning, you can manually prune what VLAN traffic you allow across the trunk.  So, if you do that, a downstream switch, within the VTP domain, will "know" about all other VLANs besides, for example VLAN 5, but only VLAN 5 traffic might be shared/exchanged between those switches.
