I tried to use the WS-C2960L-8TS-LL that was stored in the company now, but it has already been set, and I wanted to initialize it once, I pressed the Mode button for about 10 seconds, but it did not restart and it cannot be restored to the factory factory.
If you have other ways to do it, please let me know.

Based on the above sentence, I was worried if the work started with the power cable removed once and the power is turned off.
(I thought that it was interpreted to restart when you press and hold the Mode button while it is started.) )
According to the documentation, it seems that you start with the power off state.

Hello
Do you plug console cable and see outputs on a Terminal ?
Restart and press that mode button 15-20 sec and release when you see something like that ...system has been interrupted prior to initializing the flash filesystem...
That switch shoud be in ROMmon with that prompt now switch:
