Currently we have a ASA 5510 and route all 80/443 traffic to a Forcepoint (previously Websense) appliance, which filters the traffic and routes it back to the ASA and then out to the internet. The two devices communicate with one another by using the WCCP protocol. My question is this, we are looking at purchasing a ASA 5516x to replace our 5510. Does anyone know if Cisco still supports 3rd party web filtering now that they offer their own web filtering service?
