Hey Manish,

Looks like you have port flapping issue on a port where PoE is required. The syslog says that switch is detecting the PoE devices being connected so its granting powere over the port and removed right after it.

Check the cables for any physical layer issues or spanning tree TCN's.

HTH.

RS.

Hi...is der any way i can stop this particular log msg to b displayed on switch...?

Hey Mitesh,

You may use logging discriminator for filtering out this message:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios-xml/ios/esm/command/esm-cr-book/esm-cr-a1.html#wp1888787448

In the global configuration mode:

#logging discriminator ILPOWER severity drops 5 facility drops ILPOWER mnemonics drop ILPOWER

#logging bufferred discriminator ILPOWER 1000000

HTH.

Regards,

RS.
