Any recommendation which one should I go for

- The most important thing to note is that the "C1300-48T-4X" is one of the successors of the CBS350 series , so you should go for it 'always' ,

Hi,
CBS350-48T-4X is EOL, and C1300-48t-4X is the replacement, see the announcement here: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/business-350-series-managed-switches/business-350-series-switches-mod-eol.html
Didn't have a change to work with the new model, however looking at the data sheet of both models, there's nothing: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/business-350-series-managed-switches/datasheet-c78-744156.html
Go with the newest model if you buy now, you can also take a look on the comparison of C1300 models:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/switches/catalyst-1300-series-switches/models-comparison.html
Best,
Cristian.

Nice Theories but not the Practice .... The Interoperability between CBS350 ant C1300-Catalyst-Series is not given ...

Can you elaborate on this? Why should they not be interoperable? I am pretty confident they play nice with each other, same as all generations before.
Or are you talking about stacking? Stacking is only supported inside a product line, which is quite common with some exceptions.

BTW, @ARIEH_GmbH has also replied to another CBS350<>C1300 mentioning major (?) interoperability issues but without any details. So, as in my reply to that other post too, additional information would be appreciated.
