what the Defference between HSRP and VRRP?

In a nutshell, HSRP is Cisco proprietary and VRRP is the industry standard (i.e. it will work with non-cisco routers). There are subtle differences like the multicast address used, multicast IP (if you use HSRP v1 or HSRP v2) and things like that.
