could you suggest me Which cisco Switch can support 20 Port 40 Gbps and 48 Port 10 Gbps.

Hi,
6800 Series switches also support 40G interfaces (actually it is running with Sup2T). As Aru highlighted in the above only 4x40G port line card (WS-X6904-40G) available today.
We may get 8x40G or (32x10G) line card with this 6800 series without having to go for any Sup2T Upgrade.
