Hi @13jobsp90 ,
you can start with the basics, reading some Articles in the Community itself to learn about the desired topic, for example:
Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) by @ohorezende
Multiple Spanning-Tree (MST) by @Assis Teixeira
and also ... at Cisco Learning Network - CCNA Study Material.
Hope this helps !!!

Hello,
After you have read material form either online documents or Cisco Press book I would lab scenarios up in Packet Tracer. Its free and you can utilize a lot of the commands and functionality of a real STP network. Some blogs and YouTube videos related to CCNA will also have practice labs for you to try out.
Good luck in your studies!

Before get deep into Cisco's proprietary STP variants, I would suggest a deep understanding of the standard STP variants. Much information is available if you search the Internet, including the standards themselves.
Once you have a good grounding in standard STPs, you can deeply study Cisco's STP varients using the excellent sources suggested in the other replies. You might also search out whether Cisco has any CiscoLive breakout presentations on STP.
Not withstanding the above, how deep you should understand STP is possibly a worthwhile question to ask. Deeply studying STP is sort of like studying the best way to harness a horse to a cart. Laugh, of course people still do that too
