Which set of switches would be best?

Hello and Merry Christmas, 

I'm trying to decide on which pair or set of switches would be best? I have the following requirements:

I need approximately 150 * 100M ports

Approximately 150 * 1G ports

And a mix of both copper and fibre. 

Could someone suggest a few suitable switch solutions? Maybe

a) set of catalyst switches which i can stack together, maybe something better than Cisco 3750

b) switches in the 6509 range and suitable line cards. 

c) maybe a nexus suggestion, like Nexus 5K with 2K fabric extenders for increasing port density

I would take a close look at the Catalyst 6800 which is the successor of the Catalyst 6500:

Or for a smaller budget, a "core" of n*3850 and access of n*2960-X should be also a quite powerful solution.
