but can obtain IP, I have configured DHCP server in pc.  - i take this can not obtain IP

you need to post DHCP config and Cat 9200 configuration to look and suggest .

you need to also give information where the PC connected ?

check if vlan interface is up. use #sh ip int bri

if its not up, may be you didnt add that vlan to any working interface. add that VLAN to any interface in up status which can be a trunk interface too.

you're right, in core switch i see vlan30 mothod manual status down, how to add it to interface in detail?
i had in the new switch 9200 sw mode acc / sw acc vlan 30. was it right?

If the Core Switch has VLAN 30 interface, Either one of member of VLAN switch port should be active to vlan interface come up, or you need to add to Trunk interface going Cat 9200 for the interface to come up.

Core switch to access switch ( that port should configure as trunk  - if you like more vlan to pass to Cat 9200)
