I have a WS-C3850-48P-S switch with dual PWR-C1-1100WAC power supplies and IP Base Licence. What do I need to do to get UPoE on the switch so I can provide 60 watts of power to a PTZ camera?

This model only support PoE+.
UPoE models are the WS-C3850-48U and WS-C3850-24U.
