WS-X45-SUP6L-E issue

Hi,

I have installed the Cisco 4506E with WS-X45-SUP6L-E and WS-X4648-RJ45V+E module.

the IOS is (default) cat4500e-ipbase-mz.122-52.XO.bin now the status LED is in orange (as if some boot process is going or some tests are going),In fact the recommanded minimun IOS is cat4500e-ipbasek9-mz.122-53.SG1.bin,I have tried with many higer IOS versions.Still the status LED is in Orange only,I am not able to link thw other access switches to this ......

Then I tried with the following config-reg values like 0x2101 an d0x2102.

When I change to 0x2102 after the reload command it goes to ROMMON mode.If I change to 0x2101 then after reload command it boots normally but in either case the STATUS LED of teh SUP module is in Orange only not turning to Green.The LED status of the other module is in Green.

Many time I have resetted teh switch by switching OFF the switch and also through the RESET button.I have removed teh module and re-installed also.

Can any one help me to resolve this issue.?
