WS-X45-SUP8-E Booting to ROMMON After Power Outage

I have multiple 4510 switches with dual SUP8 modules running at a new campus site.  The site has frequent power outages and every time this happens, one of the switches boots to ROMMON and needs to be manually booted back into service.  All of the other switches come back without issue.  I don't see anything obvious with the config to understand why this is happening.  Anyone have any experience with this and have any suggestions for resolution?  Thanks in advance.

Can you change the configuration resister to 0x2102 and reload?

Everything else looks good. If this does not resolve it, you may want to open a ticket with TAC.

Reza.....I think this is going to be the solution.  As soon as I looked at that compared to the others, it was obvious.  I will let you know if it works, I can't reload the switch right now as it is in production.
