Xmodem aborting issue with transfer of file

I'm having issue with transfer of file with xmodem. I set BAUD rate on switch to 115200 and on extraputty to 115200. I turned off X0N/XOFF and I use RTS/CTS. When I choose xmode send or xmodem 1k it connects, transfer, then it shows aborting... The file does not beginning to transfer.

Have you tried using lower baud rates (38400, 9600)?

Hi,

In addition to Reza's suggestion, I believe that your flow control setting is wrong. You are using RTS/CTS, but this is a hardware-based flow control, and to my best knowledge, Cisco does not implement this on its console ports. Please deactivate the RTS/CTS, and use the XON/XOFF software flow control instead.

Best regards,
Peter
