hi,
any procedure for change of ip address for tms?
I have changed all fields in tms and all other equipments, seems everything works fine.
However, from the tms diagnostics page, i see an alarm which says phone book is unable to conenct to tms. and the source ip is still the old ip.
anyone knows why?

Hi Melany,
Once you are confirmed that the TMS Server IP has been changed on the domain, on the server and on the config fields on the TMS Server.
I would recommend to make a force refresh of all the Endpoints and Infra Devices and restart the provisiong services on the TMS so that it again polls up the devices and creates a new sync with them.
Please try this and revert.

is the IP address shown in alarm is of TMS or endpoint provisioned with it ?

It is the old ip address of Tms.

thanks, restarting the service fixed it.
