We've deployed 9971 phones, and are beginning to mess with the video cameras. Our person in one of our west coast offices can't dial certain off-net phone numbers when the camera is enabled, though. Specifically, it seems to affect toll-free numbers. But, i've got the same phone/camera setup and i can dial everything perfectly fine...
callmanager version is 8.5.1, firmware is 9-3-2-ES1, but it hasn't worked with previous revs of firmware either.
Any ideas anyone?

Hello Scott,
what kind of pstn connection are you using?
Maybe you could have a look if the gateway is trying a video call.

Hi,
if you are using PRI, add beare-cap speach under controllet configuration.

Hi Bernhard--PRI for PSTN.
Anas--i'm trying to find where to add that particular command. i know i've seen it before, but i can't get it to show up under the serial 0/0/0:23 interface or the controller 0/0/0 option either...it's been a while...
